What Makes Our RTD Different
Most ready-to-drink coffees are made from commodity beans and loaded with stabilizers. Ours start with the same specialty-grade, traceable Colombian varieties we roast for our café — cold-brewed for 18+ hours at low temperature to extract sweetness and complexity without bitterness.

We source only from farms we know in Huila, Colombia — traceable to the lot, harvested at peak ripeness.
Specialty Roast
Each variety is roasted to its ideal profile — light enough to preserve origin character, developed enough for cold extraction.
18-Hour Cold Brew
Coarsely ground coffee steeps in filtered water at 4°C for 18 hours. No heat, no pressure — just time and patience.
Bottled Fresh
Filtered, bottled, and sealed within 24 hours of brewing. No preservatives. Best consumed within 14 days.
